We were first introduced to BFM in the summer of 2014. We were publishing our most recent book, The U.S Economic Recovery, and in need of some marketing advice.
Our first meeting took place with the BFM team and they were bursting with ideas. We were very excited about how much they could offer and everything was explained clearly. It seemed that any project would be effortless for us.
We agreed that a re-branding was necessary and this would include a new website.
The immediate task was to set up a landing page for the book and this was then followed with a full re-branding exercise. This involved the creation of a fully interactive website, along with a new logo to sit on all GFC publications and stationery.
Following the launch of the website we continued to use BFM for marketing support. We established HTML emailing for all of our publications and through the use of Campaign Monitor and Google Analytics were able to bring a different focus to our management reporting.
It felt as though we were being brought into the 21st Century and the process was very seamless. E-marketing and updating the website had seemed too onerous for a small company such as us yet with the ideas and support of the BFM team this became very possible.
