The solution and results:
BFM developed and delivered the marketing strategy to launch the new Natural Aquifer SuDS system in the UK. Time was of the essence for this launch. The growing issues with flooding and drought throughout the UK, further worsened by climate change and urbanisation, meant that Hydrorock’s new SuDS system was in urgent requirement.
Market research identified that architects and engineers working within councils were the key targets for this new SuDS system. The launch strategy included a brand-new website, CPD materials, case study promotion, sales documentation and a targeted social media strategy.
Within the space of six weeks, BFM created the brief, engaged a website design agency and successfully delivered an intuitive, image and video-led website with all necessary technical documents downloadable. BFM also created all relevant technical datasheets, installation and system overview documents. BFM have continued to manage the website regularly. This includes blog posts, SEO and website updates. Included in the marketing launch strategy was an educational CPD which allowed Hydrorock to approach engineers and architects with a solution to the current climate crisis. This CPD was made available as an online webinar during COVID lockdowns.
