The Challenge:
We created a marketing strategy for WMS to improve their brand within their market and strengthen relationships with current and future clients.
The solution and results:
BFM worked with the management team to create a strategy to drive the business forwards, with marketing leading from the forefront.
A thorough communication plan was devised which aimed to streamline the marketing process, with monitored and measured marketing engagement.
BFM carried out extensive research into the wider underfloor heating market, the housing market, the offsite construction market, and the effects Brexit may have for the underfloor heating industry. Detailed analyses were carried out on the most effective channels that supply business to WMS, WMS' current market position and on WMS' competitors.
An integral part of the marketing strategy was to build sales relationships. This included strengthening current relationships whilst also branching out and expanding WMS' clientele, ensuring a new Key Account Management process was adapted.
As part of the strategy, BFM worked to develop the internal sales and marketing resource, mentoring existing team members and driving the recruitment process for a new Marketing Manager.
Do you need Marketing support?
What WMS says
"Built for Marketing came recommended to us, to help us improve our focus and to create a strategy to drive our business forwards. Jules’ natural ability to identify need and opportunity made working with her inspiring and enjoyable. Most valuable was her support in developing our internal sales and marketing resource, mentoring existing team members and driving the recruitment process for a new marketing manager. Jules' energy and enthusiasm in everything she does is infectious and she has left a positive stamp on the way we now work."
