Known for their patent-pending EnviroHoard™ and EnviroFence™ systems, Panthera offers verified net-zero carbon hoarding and fencing that eliminates the need for single-use materials.

As the group prepared to launch EnviroFence™ in 2023, Panthera sought insights into competitor offerings and market opportunities to optimise their product placement strategy. Built for Marketing (BFM) was engaged to conduct an in-depth eight-week competitor analysis and market research program.

The project focused on evaluating competitors’ pricing, responsiveness, and customer service while identifying new market opportunities for Panthera’s sustainable products.

We will cover everything from overview brochure, photorealistic renders, new technical data sheets, launch posters to a complete online communications plan.
