Our work with Harbrine involved developing their management structure, recruitment process and staff training. We developed a fully structured marketing strategy for Harbrine.

The solution and results:
BFM has strong relationships with the Directors at Harbrine. Harbine were one of the first clients to engage BFM, upon incorporation in 2008.

Working closely with the Directors of Harbrine to develop a clear strategy moving forward.

Using a nine-element framework, resource was highlighted as a key element of the strategy to adapt and change.

BFM worked closely with the Directors to develop a mid-tier management structure.

Key people gained advanced training and personal development.

Full structured marketing program including communication, branding and new product development.

Whilst we are no longer directly working with Harbrine, BFM continue to support the ongoing development of Harbrine and associated brands such as Carson International.
