Built for Marketing started working with CUPA Pizarras in 2016 and continued working together through to 2020. We worked closely with the Spanish Team in establishing the CUPA Pizarras range of roofing slate to the wider UK market. Eventually establishing a UK sales office based in London.

The Challenge:
Built for Marketing’s role was to act as a full UK marketing outsource, not simply an extension to the Spanish based marketing team but a meaningful strategic delivery to establish CUPA Pizarras in the UK market.

The solution and results:

We lead through an agreed detailed and planned strategy that included budget planning and management, engagement with the new UK sales team, communications planning and PR management, campaign creation and delivery and technical communications which included CPD content drafting, RIBA process management and approval.

The brand positioning was established visually from Spain with the Built for Marketing team supporting in creating a clear Tone of Voice. The PR was strategically planned and delivered by partners CIB to the UK specification press. Physical press and customer visits and events where planned to Cupa Pizarras HQ in Spain.

Built for Marketing provided research and guidance for the management of the effects of Brexit and the expected business outcomes.

Cupa Pizarras’ UK London office was established in 2020.
